Training Philosophy
- Using a variety of multi joint movements to activate larger muscle groups and increase the strength of several groups at one time
- Following the multi joint exercises we use an assortment of isolation exercises in order to develop the client’s goals
- Every program is individually tailored to fit the client’s goals and lifestyle
- Alterations of the program every four to six weeks to prioritize goal achievement and to prevent overtraining, undertraining, and staleness
Nutrition Philosophy
- Start by calculating the clients Calories and Macronutrients based off of their height, weight, age, and activity level.
- From a food app on their phone they log in their food to the gram and to the ounce
- From the numbers given we allow some flexibility in the foods they’re able to eat depending on their goals
- From their goals we determine a calorie deficit to lose weight or a calorie surplus to gain weight
- After their phases have aligned with their goals we begin a new phase of maintenance to help elevate their metabolism after a cutting phase or remove fat while maintaining lean tissue after a bulk
