Shelby B.,
Shelby is a Florida native and was born and raised in Lake Mary. She spent 8 years of her childhood living in Asheville, NC which cultivated her love for all things outdoors and the mountains. Shelby has been a massage therapist for 27 years and specializes in sports massage, neuromuscular, injury recovery, prenatal, deep tissue, Swedish, reflexology and lymphatic massage. Shelby states she can’t think of anything more fulfilling than helping others improve the quality of their lives.
When she is not working, Shelby loves to stay active and rarely sits still. She enjoys cycling, working out, taking her two Labradors ( Moose and Sterling) on walks, painting, furniture refinishing, cooking, good wine, and loving on my daughter, family, and friends.
