Tina des Islets, Office Coordinator, Phlebotomist
Tina was born and raised in Tampa Florida and moved to Jacksonville in 1977. After graduating, she got married and became a stay home wife and mom. In 2008 she was hired on with The Blood Alliance where she trained in phlebotomy with specific focus on therapeutic blood draws and Apheresis. In 2014, Tina ventured out and opened her own therapeutic blood draw center while also working for a doctor’s office as their phlebotomist. Tina has been hired as our coordinator and phlebotomist for the Jacksonville office. Tina has 4 wonderful children who have given her 4 beautiful grandchildren and another one due in March. Her children and grandchildren are the loves of her life and she enjoys spending all her spare time with them.
